If someone told you: “The only thing you need to do is take this every morning, and you’ll lose weight and live longer” — would you buy it? Would you believe it?🤔
There’s a big difference between science and pseudoscience. Whenever you hear bold claims about losing weight, living longer, getting stronger, or anything similar — be curious. Ask questions. Ask for real studies. And if you’re not allowed to ask, or the only answers you get are: “I heard this…”, “I saw that…”, or “they can’t reveal it yet” - that’s your sign 🚩 to be cautious, maybe even to walk away.
I was once approached to sell a product like this. When I started digging, I found the exact same story being told in multiple countries. The same photo was used, only with different names attached. The story was “personalized” to each country — and strangely enough, everyone seemed to “know” the person in the picture.
The lesson? Be mindful about what you choose to put on or in your body. Otherwise, you might just end up with “wings” you never asked for and don’t want yet 😉
